For someone who doesn't wear makeup on a regular basis, I am surprised at how often I reach for this lip gloss. The colour and the concept behind this company's mission statement are beautiful. I love that this make-up line is about enhancing your natural beauty, not covering it up. I was fortunate enough to be gifted the lip gloss "compassion." Every time I use it, I am reminded to be good to myself and others, and it has reminded me to make more time for self-care. I also love that with each application, I know I am supporting a woman-owned Canadian company that cares about and gives back to society. What a beautiful cycle to be a part of. Thank you, Vulnerable Beauty, for somehow breaking through the din of motherhood madness and reminding me to embrace whatever beautiful self I am when I get up in the morning.
